How Ideth landed 2 offers in 8 weeks

Ideth got 2 offers in 8 weeks

She used the first offer to leverage and get the second offer (the one she actually wanted). Watch how she did it in the video above.

She’s from Guatemala. Applying to US remote roles only. With extra hurdles most of you don't have.

Here's what her week looked like:
Mon–Tue: Apply to 20–30 jobs
Wed–Fri: Send 5–10 emails per company to find the hiring manager

Not 5 emails total. 5–10 per company. Every week.

But volume alone didn't get her the offer.

About 4 weeks in, she noticed something. She was getting 2–4 recruiter calls a week, but not converting past the first interview. So she recorded herself doing her "Tell Me About Yourself" answer. Sent me the video. Got feedback. Recorded again. Implemented it.

She switched from "I have experience in project management" to "I saved the company $X. I improved Y by 30%."

After that, she started moving through to final rounds. She ended up in 4 final rounds and 2 offers in 8 weeks.

The thing most people miss: the pitch is a skill. You can work on it like anything else. Record yourself. Review the tape.

Fix what's not converting. If you're getting first-round interviews but stalling out, that's your data point. Don't apply more. Fix the pitch first.
