I’m Starting a Job Search Community

Last year I went on parental leave for most of the year.

I paused everything that wasn’t family.

Tbh I really enjoyed not being on LinkedIn, but alas we all gotta eat lol.

But I’m back and building something new for serious job seekers in tech, and I want you to be the first to know about it.

This wild and competitive job market is not going to change soon.

Layoffs are still happening, job seekers don’t know what works anymore, and are frustrated af.

Questions I hear a lot:

  • How do I get more interviews?

  • It’s so competitive, what should I do to stand out?

  • Is it even possible to get a job in this market?

The answer is yes, people are still getting job offers. And yes, it’s possible for you too.

But it takes systems, support, and focused execution.

So I’m coming back with a new offer: a community membership for serious job seekers in tech.

I’m calling it the Job Search OS Community.

It’s focused on mid-career folks and leaders wanting to land a new job in tech.

This community is perfect if:

  • You are job searching but not landing interviews

  • You are getting interviews, but not getting offers

  • You want an operating system that will get you interviews

  • You want to connect with a other tech professionals on the job search

  • You want live coaching and a community that supports you

I’ve been thinking about doing this for several years, since the market tanked post 2022. But alas, having 2 babies under 3 years old is no joke, lol IYKYK 🤪

Over the next few weeks, I’m opening spots for founding members in my Job Search OS community where you’ll get access to me and the operating manual for getting hired in tech.

No fluff, just strategy, coaching and community.
